Server Development Lead

Server Development Lead will be responsible for managing server development department which consists of several groups. The development direction is in the field of IP-communications & network programming. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Set up / adjust development process
• Participate in product development
• Define and distribute tasks
• Provide quality control
• Develop project documentation

Requirements

• Experience in managing software development department
• 3+ years of experience in C++ development in Unix environment
• Familiar with software development methodologies
• Strong managerial and people skills
• Technical English (reading & writing of technical documentation)
• Experience in software architectural design and cross-platform application development will be a plus

Systems Architect

Responsibilities:

• Developing system/software architecture for client-server cross-platform applications
• Primary focus on IP communication and network programming

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a systems architect
• Strong knowledge of C++ (OOA/OOD, templates, exceptions, STL, boost)
• Extensive experience developing applications in the UNIX environment
• Extensive experience writing technical specifications
• Research skills
• Experience building multi-threaded applications, and understanding of the principles and issues of synchronization
• Command of the English language at a sufficient level for working freely with technical documentation
• Experience developing cross-platform applications
• Knowledge of the following protocols and technologies would be a plus:
  HTTP, TLS, XML, SMTP, WEBDAV, Radius/Diametr, IMAP, ITIP/IMIP, LDAP, OSCAR, XMPP, SIP, CALDAV, RTP/RTCP, QT, .NET, SQL
