Unison shares in the change in value of your home from the time of our investment until the time that you choose to sell your home or buy us out, up to 30 years later.  

If the value of your home goes up, we both win. If the value of your home goes down, Unison shares in this loss with you.

You make no payments to Unison on a monthly basis. With Unison HomeBuyer and Unison HomeOwner, there are no monthly payments or interest charges.
