As a Regional Manager working with the Director of Partner Channel Sales, you will be responsible for strengthening our lender partnerships and driving incremental sales volume. Your strategic, consultative sales expertise and communication style will help our lenders understand the value of the HomeBuyer product. You must have a strong ability to drive external and internal partners to complete projects and establish long-term relationships.
Deliverables on which you’ll be measured:
- Prepare a go-to-market plan and sales strategy based on your accounts
- Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with key lender partners resulting in identifying the best loan officers who will then strategically promote Unison
- Prospect to find new expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Train and provide continuous education to your loan officer to set them up for success
- Communicate important customer feedback and insights to Unison
- Spend time on site with your lender at their branches getting to know them
Characteristics, skills, and experience to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in sales and/or account management
- Excel and PowerPoint experience required
- 1+ years in the lending or real estate industry with mortgage experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are a must
- Salesforce reporting experience a strong plus
