Unison is seeking an organized, driven, and execution-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) and eventually the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role you will report to Unison’s Chief of Staff and will have regular contact with senior executives, investors, and Board members.
This position’s success will be defined by those who report to the executives and find that coordination and access are seamless and pleasant. You are someone who likely takes satisfaction from bringing order, process, and structure. You also have the ability to evolve in a constantly-changing environment, communicate flawlessly, and maintain a great sense of humor along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Logistics and dispatch: strategic calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and daily coordination amongst key stakeholders
- Planning and preparation: assistance with PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and e-mails
- Stay curious: reading the news and highlighting key and noteworthy events
- Stay connected: keep a pulse on the organization and be a driver of great corporate culture
- Stand-in: attend meetings when the executive cannot, take notes and follow-up on action items when needed
- Open attitude: anything and everything that is needed to make Unison excellent, strong, and happy
What you will bring to the team:
- A degree or something awesome that you’ve done
- 2+ years of experience and/or a great story
